How Elite properties handles information shared through the public marketplace and its enquiry flows.
Elite Properties
A practical baseline for a regional property marketplace covering Coimbatore and Tiruppur (with Erode coming soon).
Important: this is a practical product baseline, not lawyer-reviewed advice. The policy wording should receive final legal review before it is treated as the company's definitive legal notice.
When you send an enquiry or post a property, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, message, property details, location information, photos, and other fields in the form. Only provide information needed for the requested property conversation.
When you browse the site, technical information such as pages visited, device or browser details, and approximate usage events may be processed by the website and its hosting or analytics tools, where enabled.
We use submitted information to respond to an enquiry, review and manage a property submission, coordinate a follow-up, improve the marketplace, protect the service, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
A relevant owner, builder, agent, or property team may receive the contact details needed to respond to an enquiry. We do not publish phone numbers or email addresses as public listing text simply because a property is displayed.
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, storage, forms, messaging, analytics, security, or email delivery. They should process information for the service they provide and under their own applicable terms.
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, listing workflow, service operations, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and the reason it was collected.
You may contact Elite Properties to ask about an enquiry or property submission associated with your details, request correction of information you believe is wrong, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Never share passwords, one-time passwords, card numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents in a general enquiry form. Be cautious of anyone asking for payment before you independently verify the property and the recipient.
This baseline notice applies to the public Elite Properties marketplace pages and forms. A third-party property contact, payment provider, or external website may have its own privacy notice, which you should read before sharing information with them.
We may update this notice as the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
